Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
1. These terms and conditions are the rules (“Rules”) that apply to this 10% Discount Promotion. By signing-up with a valid email address on the www.gaviscon.co.uk website (“Gaviscon website”) users will have agreed to be bound by the Rules.
2. When you provide your name and email address on www.gaviscon.co.uk and click to receive the promotional 10% discount offer you are soliciting marketing communications about that offer from RB UK Commercial Ltd, the makers of Gaviscon (“The Promoter”). Where you provide explicit consent to the Promoter sending future personalised communications by email, you are agreeing to the Promoter reviewing your purchase history and browsing history of the Promoter’s other brand websites (e.g. Nurofen) and to the Promoter receiving information from Direct Healthcare Ltd about your purchase history and browsing history on the Your Pharmacy website, so that the Promoter can tailor content based on that information (which may relate to your health) to enable you to receive relevant and tailored communications, offers, newsletters and information about the Promoter’s health products. For more details about how the Promoter will use your information, please see the privacy policy here. You can withdraw your consent to the Promoter’s processing activities to send tailored communications and stop receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the emails the Promoter sends you.
3. The Promoter is RB UK Commercial Ltd of Wellcroft House, Wellcroft Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4AQ (“RB UK Commercial”). RB UK Commercial is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 08784077.
4. These Rules are in addition to the Your Pharmacy website Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Your Pharmacy Terms and Conditions, these Rules shall take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
5. The 10% Discount Promotion is only available on orders placed on the Your Pharmacy website between 00.01 GMT on 22 Feb 21 and 23:59 GMT 31st Dec 2021 (“Promotional Period”). Any online orders made after the Promotional Period do not qualify for the Promotion.
6 The Promotion is only available to persons aged 16 years old or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
7.The Promotion applies to the United Kingdom and Ireland only and is available on orders placed for all Gaviscon products sold on the Your Pharmacy website.
8. The 10% Promotion discount voucher code will be generated within an on-site pop-up box once the user signs-up to newsletters with their name and email address and selects the submit button. A copy of the discount voucher code will also be delivered by email to the subscriber. To redeem the cash value of the voucher the user must enter the supplied code in the “voucher code” box at the checkout stage on the Your Pharmacy website.
9.There is no minimum order value applicable to the Promotion.
10. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher unless stated. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion without notice in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
11. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate a purchase and/or result in a forfeit of the 10% Discount Promotion.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
